I hear that a school in Dunstable has banned a 13 year old lad from growing a moustache in support of the hugely popular Movember charity campaign - on the grounds that this campaign discriminates against girls.
It is therefore, apparently, against the school's "inclusivity agenda".
Oh, for goodness' sake! Are the powers that be at that particular school completely unaware that Movember seeks to campaign
for men's health - and specifically to raise both vital funds for, and awareness of, testicular cancer and prostate cancer.
These are, of course, conditions which only affect men. How discriminatory
is that? Let the lad grow his moustache (if he can!) and be proud of himself for his efforts.
